關于征集2023年度中國科學院與澳大利亞聯邦科學與工業研究組織合作研究項目的通知
為促進我院與澳大利亞聯邦科學與工業研究組織(CSIRO)在重點優先領域開展“優勢互補、互利共贏”的實質性合作，鼓勵開展跨學科研究及與第三方機構或企業的合作，現征集2023年度CAS-CSIRO合作研究項目。
一、項目申報要求及資助方式
(一)合作項目須符合下列領域及方向：
1.氣候變化影響：a) Modeling and predicting the linkage between climate extremes and terrestrial carbon cycle 或b) Improving the scientific understanding of interconnections between climate extremes and natural disasters.
2.可持續農業與作物育種：Building a more resilient agriculture against abiotic stresses.
3.健康與生物技術：Host-directed therapies for tackling infectious diseases.
4.納米技術與新能源材料：a) New materials to accelerate hydrogen supply chain development (such as production, storage and distribution, or utilization)或b) Ultra-low-cost PV solar.
5.海洋科學與藍色經濟：a) Developing prediction tools and rapid environmental data streams in support of food security and sustainable production from fisheries and aquaculture in shared coastal spaces 或b) Enable multiple use/marine bio-regional/spatial planning by delivering innovative decision support solutions或c) Foundational biodiversity, biological process, ecosystem dynamics and ecosystem observing etc only when critical to addressing 1 and 2.
(二)中方牽頭單位應為中國科學院下屬單位，澳方合作伙伴單位應為CSIRO下屬研究部門。
(三)我院各單位在每個領域限報1個項目;每個項目執行周期3年。
(四)我院與CSIRO原則上將擇優支持5個項目，每個領域支持1個項目。對于獲批項目，雙方總部將分別提供100萬元人民幣及相當金額的澳元的經費支持，項目執行單位須按不少于1:1的比例提供匹配經費支持。項目第三年須引入第三方投入(詳見附件2)。
(五)正在執行我院國際伙伴計劃項目的人員，不能申請2023年度合作項目。
二、項目申報辦法
(一)即日起開始申報，科研處接收材料截止日期為2022年9月15日。
(二)申請人須通過ARP國際合作模塊中的“國際伙伴計劃”模塊填寫項目可行性報告，選擇“雙邊機構間合作項目”，項目類別選擇“中澳CSIRO項目”。需上傳的附件包括：
1.英文申請表(見附件1)。我院申請人必須在與CSIRO合作伙伴充分協商項目合作內容，共同用英文逐項填寫;
2.項目雙方主要負責人的簡歷;
3.研究所出具關于合作項目知識產權管理的意見書。闡明以下內容：該項目是否涉及知識產權分配問題;如涉及，知識產權的分配是否符合研究所的相關規定。
